1. Introduction

Homio ("we", "our", or "the app") is a home and family organizer. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we

collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or a private relay address if you choose to hide your email).

We use this solely to identify your account within the app.

Your Data: Properties, appliances, tasks, expenses, and family member information you enter are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync,

in your private iCloud account.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Homio Family, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage

subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt — no personal information is shared with them.

Photos: Receipt photos you attach to expenses are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container. They are never uploaded to our

servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality

• Sync your data across your devices via iCloud

• Enable family sharing of properties and tasks via CloudKit

• Manage your subscription status

• Send local task reminder notifications (with your permission)
